Studio Policies & Guidelines
This is where you will be able to find the expectations for The Wild Color Studio & our studio policies and guidelines.

Info To Know:
All art supplies will be provided.
A light snack and juice will be provided each day per session.
Your child can bring a water bottle for drinking, labeled with their name.
If your student is particular about their snack preferences, please send them with something they enjoy.
Morning Session Information:
Drop-off: 7:45am - 8:00am
Pick-up: 11:00am - 11:15am
Afternoon Session Information:
Drop-off: 12:45pm - 1:00pm
Pick-up: 4:00pm - 4:15pm
Studio Expectations
We are messy! We are playful! We have fun!
We put the safety of our students as our top priority. Please ensure that your child is able to safely participate in our program. This means no running, disruptive behavior or language that effects other children.
Children are artists and artists often don’t like their work. That’s okay! We strive to show our artists how to work through those challenges.
We start on time. Your child may not finish a project if you drop off late.
Studio Policies
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you cancel within 10 days of the start of the art class, you will receive no refund.
If you cancel within 20 days of the start of the class, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you have other extenuating circumstances, please let me know.
Late Policy:
We will begin on time. If you are going to be late, please contact Maddie Cahill (225-286-7024).
If you are late, yes, it will feel like there wasn’t enough time.
